Dec 21 update - Pandemic Stage 3

As of Dec 21, 1st Bayridge Group moves to Pandemic Stage 3 in line with KFL&A Public Health move to Orange (Restrict) status.

As a reminder, these colour zones are tied to specific Scouts Canada stages:

• Grey = Scouts Canada Stage 1

• Red = Scouts Canada Stage 2

• Orange = Scouts Canada Stage 3

• Yellow/Green = Scouts Canada Stage 4
